Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

We're sure everyone knows by now that it snowed big-time in Seattle over the Christmas holiday. And boy, did it snow! It was beautiful and fabulous and we enjoyed every minute of it. We certainly had our "White Christmas".

Check out our snow photos.

Maverick posing in front of our house.

Jasper's play area in the backyard.

Our infamous backyard hill.

Rick on the back deck.

Christy and Maverick up in our "Back 40".

Maverick giving "Daddy" a kiss.

Ever see the movie "A Christmas Story"? If yes, then you get the idea here.

More snow coming down.

Rick and Jasper getting ready to sled down the driveway. (By the way, this picture happens to be my new favorite of Jasper and his Daddy.)

Rick took this photo while pulling us in the sled around the cul-de-sac.

We think Maverick loves the snow more than anybody. Any other time of the year, he usually stays by us even if we're in the house. But when there's snow outside, he'll go out and lay in it on the deck. "My family who?"

We got braver at night and took Jasper down the driveway.

Here's the video of it.
And Rick shoveling more snow.

And finally, video of Rick snowboarding from our backyard, through the gate, across the lawn, onto the jump he built, over our landscaping wall, and finally ending up in our street. Boys and their toys.
